Betty Kyallo began her media journey at KTN as an intern, eventually rising to become a prime-time news anchor, notably presenting the Friday Briefing at 9 pm. She later transitioned to K24, where she hosted the weekend program ‘Up Close with Betty.’

Amidst the Covid-19 pandemic in May 2020, she left K24 and ventured into entrepreneurship, establishing her salon and spa, Flair by Betty, in Kilimani. In mid-2021, she expanded her beauty business with the opening of Aftershave by Flair Barbershop and Bk Closet.
