Musical duo Nadia Mukami and Arrow Bwoy celebrated Mother’s Day on Sunday, May 12, by hosting a gathering of friends in Nairobi, courtesy of Nadia’s foundation Lola and Safari. Arrow commended Nadia as the most dedicated mother and wife he knows.

During media interviews, the couple discussed their family life and the possibility of expanding their family beyond their 2-year-old son, Kai. Nadia expressed that motherhood has become more manageable and enjoyable for her.
“When our son expresses himself these days, it feels good. Sometimes I see pregnant women and think they look so cute. I miss the experience,” she shared, dispelling misconceptions about motherhood.

As for the prospect of having a second child, Nadia remained undecided, responding with a playful “Hmm…maybe,” while Arrow Bwoy indicated his openness to the idea. Their banter continued as Arrow jokingly teased Nadia about pregnancy signs, prompting her to clarify that she wasn’t expecting.
Regarding the timing of another child, Nadia emphasized that she’s currently focused on ongoing projects and doesn’t feel ready for another baby just yet. She hinted that it might be a consideration in the next one or two years, once she has more time to dedicate to parenting.
